Stays and Accreditations

For each Delegate of the Méribel Ad Festival, a delegate pas sis obligatory. You can download your delegate pass form here.


You can represent you company at the Festival:

- By getting your colleagues to take part to the Festival through:

  • Conferences, debates and workshops,
  • Projections of the competitions which summarize the past advertising year,
  • Privileged professional meetings in a convivial setting,
  • Communal locations for exchanges during meals and official evenings,

- By organizing a team seminar,

- By inviting your clients in an exceptional and convivial professional environment,

- By co-opting your peers and your European colleagues (juries, interventions…).

The Festival offers all delegates turn-key stays which include:

- Delegate pass, which gives access to:

  • The Competition Screenings (long and short lists),
  • The Cristal-Lab (debates, conferences, workshops…),
  • The Cristal Business Club (Viewing Boxes – Partners area, Festival Bar),
  • The Lunches
  • The dinners,
  • The Closing ceremony on Tuesday 16th December,
  • The Official Evenings,
  • The Festival Shuttles (transfert by bus between the train station and Méribel, and in the ski resort),
  • The 4 days Ski Pass in the « 3 Vallées première neige » area,
  • The 4 days Ski Rental and ski boots,
  • The Leisure Activities ( Registration on site, depending on weather conditions and availabilities),

- Transport (train, plane, shuttles and transfer station / Méribel),

- Meals in the different Festival locations,

- Accommodation.
